IT Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities:
Experience: Typically requires 5+ years of experience in IT hardware or infrastructure sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Sales strategy and leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, and lead, to meet and exceed targets.
Client relationship management:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing key clients, including engaging with C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
Business development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
Market analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor products, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Performance reporting: Track sales performance, prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management, and analyze sales data to inform decisions.
Collaboration:Work with marketing and product teams to align on strategies and develop promotional materials.
After-sales support:Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional after-sales support and addressing client issues.
Travel: A willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and events.
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Business acumen: Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze data and market trends.
