Marketing Manager

Were seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager with deep experience in Salesforce Pardot or Marketing Cloud to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our B2B marketing programs. This role is pivotal in driving lead generation, nurturing prospects through automated journeys, and supporting the sales team with actionable insights that accelerate pipeline growth.
You'll be both a strategist and a hands-on operatorusing marketing automation to build campaigns, track performance, and continuously improve how we attract and convert business customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B demand generation and nurture campaigns using Salesforce Pardot or Marketing Cloud for both direct and partner channels
- Build and optimize automated journeys for lead acquisition, scoring, nurturing, and re-engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales to align campaigns with revenue goals, track lead quality, and improve conversion rates across the funnel.
- Manage CRM data integrity, segmentation, and synchronization between Salesforce and Pardot/Marketing Cloud.
- Create and deploy email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and dynamic content to engage prospects and clients.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI, using data to refine strategies.
- Support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) efforts by identifying and targeting high-value accounts with personalized campaigns.
- Coordinate cross-channel initiatives, including digital ads, events, and content marketing, to maximize lead generation.
- Stay current on marketing automation best practices, Salesforce features, and B2B marketing trends.
- Leverage Tableau or similar data visualization tools to generate insightful reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, financial services, or professional services.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Pardot or Marketing Cloud (certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of lead management, marketing attribution, and sales funnel analytics.
- Proven experience with email marketing, automation workflows, and CRM data segmentation.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong collaboration skills working with Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Familiarity with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or HubSpot.
- Experience in account-based marketing or partner enablement programs.
- Knowledge of US marketing regulations and compliance.
- Experience with US financial services and/or US financial B2B sales
