Job Description:

Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a dynamic, data-driven, and strategic marketing leader who can drive brand growth, lead cross-channel marketing efforts, and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
performance marketing, organic growth strategy, brand building, and campaign execution

.

You'll work closely with the leadership team to plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives that fuel
organic customer acquisition, retention, and brand equity

.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Develop and execute
    integrated marketing strategies

across digital, performance, and brand channels.
- Lead
performance marketing campaigns

(Google Ads, Meta, etc.) with a focus on ROI and scalability.
- Design and manage
organic growth marketing initiatives

— including SEO, content strategy, community building, CRM, automation, and retention strategies.
- Oversee
brand positioning, storytelling, and creative direction

to ensure consistency and impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, creative, and data) to align marketing goals with business objectives.
- Analyze marketing performance data to
track KPIs, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates

, and provide actionable insights.
- Identify and implement
new marketing channels, partnerships, and organic growth opportunities

.
- Manage and mentor junior team members or external agencies as needed.

Requirements
:

  • 5–8 years

of progressive experience in marketing, with a proven track record in
digital and performance marketing

.
- Strong understanding of
organic growth marketing

, funnel metrics, and consumer behavior.
- Hands-on experience with tools like
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.), and marketing automation tools

.
- Experience managing campaigns with
measurable business outcomes

(lead generation, e-commerce growth, brand awareness).
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualification
:

  • Experience in
    consumer brands, D2C, or startup environments

- Familiarity with
organic content marketing

, SEO, and influencer collaborations.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).
