Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located at our office in Noida. As a Sales Manager at CPS Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Your daily tasks will include identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing clients, creating and implementing sales strategies, and providing guidance to the sales team. You will also work closely with the management team to monitor market trends, analyze sales performance, and contribute to strategic business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, generate leads, and develop sales strategies
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to track and report performance
  • Understanding of the photocopying and document management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset
