Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Dadri. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining customer relationships. The role also includes setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and reporting on sales performance. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure alignment and achieve company sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, team leadership, and creating and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using sales data and metrics to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Knowledge of market trends, business development, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and achieve company sales goals
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the education or training industry is a plus
