**Job Description**:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates for our U.S Banking Process. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our banking customers through voice interactions. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from banking customers and provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to their inquiries.
- Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions, and problem resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends as per business requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Graduates with a minimum of 9 months of experience in International BPO Voice Process or Undergraduates with a minimum of 18 months of experience in International BPO Voice Process.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) are essential.
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience letters are mandatory from all previous organizations.

Note: This position requires working from our office location in Mumbai.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹6,500.00 per month
