As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls, understand customer needs, resolve issues, and offer effective solutions. You will be expected to maintain positive customer relations and contribute to both personal and team targets. Additionally, you will record and analyze customer interactions to improve our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and nurture positive customer relationships.
- Achieve personal and team targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and analyze data for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a minimum Versant level 5 proficiency.
- Work six days a week with one rotational day off and follow a 9-hour shift schedule.
- Perform typing tests with a minimum of 25-30 words per minute and 85% accuracy.
- Adhere to a 24x7 working window for male employees and a 7 am to 9 pm schedule for females.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of work experience in customer service, preferably in inbound services. Experience in Customer service, Hospitality (front desk), International calling, Telecom, D2H, Telecalling, Telesales, or Collections is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in typing with a minimum of 25-30 words per minute and 85% accuracy.

**Interview Process**:
HR screening round

Operations interview

Versant assessment (VETI 5), Numerical assessment, and Psychometric test.

Final client Interview (Face to Face)

**Salary**: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
