As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and nurture positive customer relationships.
- Achieve personal and team targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and analyze data for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a minimum Versant level 5 proficiency.
- Work six days a week with one rotational day off and follow a 9-hour shift schedule.
- Perform typing tests with a minimum of 25-30 words per minute and 85% accuracy.
- Adhere to a 24x7 working window for male employees and a 7 am to 9 pm schedule for females.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of work experience in customer service, preferably in inbound services. Experience in Customer service, Hospitality (front desk), International calling, Telecom, D2H, Telecalling, Telesales, or Collections is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in typing with a minimum of 25-30 words per minute and 85% accuracy.

Versant assessment (VETI 5), Numerical assessment, and Psychometric test.
Final client Interview (Face to Face)
**Salary**: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
