Location: MUMBAI(E)

**Salary**: Freshers with Normal Graduation - 20,000 INR per month

Freshers with Hotel Management Background - 22,000 INR per month

Job Summary:
As a Guest Service Associate at INOX Cinema Hall, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest

experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our cinema hall. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting

guests, selling tickets, handling concessions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with ticket purchases and provide information on movie showtimes, seating, and promotions.
- Operate ticketing systems accurately to sell tickets and process payments.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the cinema lobby and common areas.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene in the concession stand area.
- Prepare and serve snacks and beverages efficiently, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and restock concession items as needed to ensure availability.
- Ensure that all equipment, such as popcorn machines and drink dispensers, are in working order.
- Assist in crowd control and line management during peak hours.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform routine checks of auditoriums to ensure they are clean and ready for the next screening.
- Assist with promotional activities and special events as required.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Qualifications and Skills:
For Freshers with Normal Graduation:

- Minimum educational qualification: Graduation
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills

For Freshers with Hotel Management Background:

- Minimum educational qualification: Hotel Management degree or diploma
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or cinema industry.

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
