**Role and Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for customer service executives for inbound and outbound customer service operations.
- You are expected to work very closely with cross-functional teams to provide instant solutions to customers.
- Education: 12th/Diploma/Graduation
- Excellent communication skills written and spoken.
- MS office basics
- Typing Speed - 30 WPM Accuracy 95%+

- Must have own laptop.
