**Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Service Associate at Mumbai Chandivali Location.**

**Designation - Customer Support Associate**

**Roles & Responsibility**
- Handling customer queries via call,
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

**Key skills required**:

- Good English communications skills
- Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure.
- **Education & Experience**: Any Graduation Fresher & Undergraduate with 6 months of experience with Certificate.
- **Languages**: English, Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Bengali

**Working location**:4th floor Oberoi Garden Estate, Off Saki Vihar Road, Chandivali, Andheri (Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400072)**

**Shift Timing: Female
- Any 9 Hours between 7 am to 9 pm**

**Male : 24*7 any 9 hours**

**1 Rotational week off.**

**Age: 18-35 years**
