**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- You will be responsible for the generation and distribution of software license keys for Esko customers, according to the processes and delivery requirements for this initiative and the company’s business practices and licensing policies, including information about Vendors, Contracts, Licenses, License Keys, License Servers, License Agreements, etc.
- Requests will be processed using the JIRA tool in the correct order, based on delivery due dates, order criticality, and region; Ensure licenses are delivered on time.
- Keep customer information database updated, and ensure customers receive appropriate license keys based on their entitlement.
- Responsible for the creation of Esko IDs, approvals, and modifications when needed.
- Participate in daily meetings to discuss the team performance
- Participate in the design and development of process and training documentation for license generation activities.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Bachelors degree in commerce.
- Proven experience in the Customer Operations/Software Licensing 1 - 2 years.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Customers, team members and stakeholders.
- APAC : 06:30 AM till 03:30 PM
- EMEA : 02:30 PM till 11:30 PM
- US : 10:30 PM till 07:30 AM
- Ability to work in the shifts.
