**Responsibilities**:
- 2. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to fulfill those needs.-
- 4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.8. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.- 9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for continuous improvement.**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 6 to 8 Years working in talent acquisition, preferably in Automobile Industry or a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment methods.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
