The **Specialized** **Talent Administrator & Coordinator** is responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, facilitating a variety of logístical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams.
- ** Coordinate aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes**:

- ** Edit and post positions to the ATS accurately and within the specified timeframes**:

- ** Ensure recruitment team are appropriately updated on progress, escalate concerns or obstacles**:

- ** Provide other administrative support to recruitment team as needed**:

- ** Review and manage vendor systems daily to ensure progress and escalate accordingly.**:

- ** Assist vendor with completion of required check when necessary.**:

- ** Audit Preboarding Specialists work to ensure compliance and accuracy.**

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Qualifications**

**Educational Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree is mandatory for this position. Advanced degrees may be considered favorably.

**Professional Experience**:

- A minimum of two years of demonstrable experience in managing on-boarding processes and conducting thorough document verification within an organizational context is imperative.

**Core Competencies**:

- Exceptional proficiency in recruitment administration is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-standard concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition is strongly preferred.
- Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective communication.
- Demonstrated expertise in the Microsoft Office suite, with particular emphasis on Outlook, is required.
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently are vital.
- A commitment to delivering exemplary customer service to both colleagues and clients is non-negotiable.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are paramount in this role.
- The capacity to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines is essential.
