Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintenance of computer systems, Network, Telephony, Firewalls, Antivirus, and all other IT

infrastructure within the organization.
- Installing, configuring, and administering networking Products.
- Basic diagnosing of laptop & desktop hardware.
- Windows server 2019 maintenance and configurations.
- Maintaining of Fortinet Firewall.
- Maintaining of CCTV systems.
- Configuration and management of WLAN.
- IT Inventory / IT Asset Management
- Monitor network & system performance and perform IT audits across the organization

regularly.
- Managing AD elements to render permissions over various resources
- User ID, E-mail ID Management & Outlook Configuration
- Undertaking analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of staff’s problems via phone or remote

connection.
- Backup & Recovery / Disaster Recovery System-Create & effectively implement disaster

recovery and business continuity plans for the organization.
- IT Technical Support Including Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Networking Devices.
- Coordination with internal team and service providers or suppliers related to IT hardware

and software for all new requirements and service supports.
- Any other duties as assigned by management
- Strong knowledge in Windows OS, Windows Server 2019 administration.
- Strong knowledge in Fortinet Firewall configuration and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge in IT Hardware trouble shooting.
- Basic knowledge in CCTV Maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification: - BE / BTech in any specialization.

Software Skills Required: - Windows server 2019
- Fortinet Firewall

Communication - Good Communication Skills in English.

Experience - Minimum 5 Years of Experience as IT Administrator
