Your primary responsibilities will include:

- ** Community Building**: Establish and nurture communities of talent within our Centre of Excellence (COE) and specific regional areas.
- ** Talent Engagement**: Develop and manage communication strategies to engage top talent with Jellyfish, positioning us as their employer of choice, utilizing innovative sourcing tools to enhance engagement.
- ** Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)**: Work closely with the talent team to ensure our talent pool is diverse and our selection process are inclusive.
- ** Interview Coordination**: Help coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
