**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator**

**Location: Bangalore**

**Mode of work: 4 days from office**

**Duration: 3-6 months**

**Employment Type: Contract to Hire**

**About the Role**:

- We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Talent Acquisition Intern** to join our team. This internship is ideal for freshers or recent graduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing job postings across platforms and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and assist in employer branding activities.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Good command of MS Excel; experience with data entry or reporting is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
