WhatsApp Inbound Sales Representative (Commission Based)

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a smart and confident WhatsApp Inbound Sales Representative who can talk to leads, understand their needs, and convert them into customers. You’ll be handling only inbound leads (no cold calling), managing proper follow-ups, and ensuring every potential customer gets the best experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Chat and communicate with inbound leads via WhatsApp.
- Understand customer needs and guide them to the right product or service.
- Build trust and relationships through consistent follow-ups.
- Track leads, maintain updates, and report conversions.
- Hit monthly conversion goals and earn attractive commissions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or customer communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of handling objections and closing deals.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and consistent with follow-ups.
- Must be comfortable working on a commission-based structure.
