Lead Skale is a fast-growing lead generation and digital marketing company helping businesses scale with qualified leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and high-converting websites. We serve local service providers like automobile dealerships, real estate firms, and other B2C businesses.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Lead Generation**
- Research and identify potential clients using platforms like LinkedIn, JustDial, Google, etc.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve lead generation strategies.
**Customer Coordination & Success**
- Act as the main point of contact for clients after onboarding.
- Handle regular follow-ups, project updates, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams (ads, SEO, development) to ensure on-time delivery.
- Address client queries or issues professionally and promptly.
- Work towards high client satisfaction and retention.
**Required Skills**:
Lead Generation Skills
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B or B2C lead generation.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.
Client Success & Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients/projects.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle client objections or concerns.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ year of work experience in lead generation, sales support, or client servicing.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
