
Customer Success Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Onboarding**: Guide clients through the onboarding process for services such as SEO and social media advertising. Ensure they understand the value and process of each service.
- **Client Communication**: Act as the main point of contact for new clients, providing consistent updates, gathering feedback, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- **Coordination with Teams**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are effectively communicated and services are delivered as promised.
- **Account Management**: Develop a deep understanding of each client’s goals and tailor the onboarding experience to meet these needs.
- **Follow-Up & Retention**: Conduct regular check-ins with clients to maintain relationships, ensure satisfaction, and address any issues.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Prior experience in client management, customer success, or account management in a digital marketing environment is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- **Digital Marketing Knowledge**: Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, social media advertising, and PPC is a plus.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to build relationships with clients and work collaboratively with internal teams.
- **Organized & Detail-Oriented**: Capable of managing multiple clients and responsibilities efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
