Business development executive

## *Job Title: Education Counsellor*

*Location:* Cyber Success IT Training & Placement Institute

*Job Type:* Full-time

## *Job Summary:*
## *Key Responsibilities:*

*Lead Handling & Follow-ups:*
- Call on leads provided by the Digital Marketing team.
- Follow up with prospective students and encourage them to visit *Cyber Success* for counseling.

*Student Counselling & Conversion:*
- Understand students' career aspirations and recommend suitable IT training programs.
- Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities post-training.
- Convince and guide students to enroll in the right program.

*Walk-in Management:*
- Handle walk-in inquiries at the institute.
- Organize demo sessions and ensure smooth coordination between trainers and prospective students.
- Assist students in the admission process, ensuring a seamless enrollment experience.

*Daily Reporting & Coordination:*
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with trainers and the placement team to address student queries.
- Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets.
## *Required Skills & Qualifications:*

*Education:* Any Graduate/Postgraduate

*Experience:* 0 months - 2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)

*Skills:*
- *Excellent Communication & Convincing Skills*
- Ability to handle objections and resolve student queries confidently
- Self-motivated and goal-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of IT courses (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to convert leads into admissions
