Business Development Executive

**Job Overview**
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role involves developing strategies to expand market reach, nurturing leads, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. The Business Development Executive plays a key role in achieving business goals and contributing to long-term organizational success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
* Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and value propositions.
* Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and other outreach activities.
* Qualify and convert leads into active business opportunities.
* Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos for prospective clients.
* Negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts to close deals effectively.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to support client acquisition and retention.
* Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and update CRM systems regularly.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable insights.
* Prepare reports, sales projections, and performance updates for management.
* Follow up consistently on leads, proposals, and client communications.
* Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
* Participate in business events, trade shows, or client meetings as required.
**Candidate Profile**
**Education:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred).
**Experience:*** 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, B2B sales, or client acquisition (preferred).
**Skills Required**
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Understanding of sales processes and business development strategies.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Positive attitude with a collaborative team mindset.
**Performance Indicators**
* Achievement of monthly and quarterly business development targets.
* Number of new leads generated, qualified, and converted.
* Growth in client base and revenue.
* Accuracy of CRM updates and reports.
* Client satisfaction and retention.
