Job Title: Business Development and Public Relations (PRO) Executive

Overview:

We're looking for a skilled and dynamic professional to join our hospital team as a Business Development and Public Relations (PRO) Executive. In this role, you'll be responsible for fostering growth, building partnerships, and enhancing the hospital's public image.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hospital's services.

Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth targets.

  • Public Relations (PRO):

Enhance the hospital's public image and reputation through effective communication.

Plan and execute public relations initiatives to highlight the hospital's achievements and community involvement.

Serve as a liaison between the hospital and the community, addressing concerns and fostering positive relationships.

  • Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development and/or public relations roles.

Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve targets.

  • Target-Based Approach:

Set and meet specific business development and public relations targets.

Monitor progress regularly and adjust strategies to ensure goals are achieved.

Contribute to the overall success and growth of the hospital through goal-oriented efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, or a related field.

Demonstrated success in achieving business development and PR goals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
