Business Development Executive

_ Eligibility:_

  • Relevant experience in sales within the related field
  • Experience in Architectural or Civil Industry.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development or a customer facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in BE Civil OR B.Arch., with a strong willingness to pursue a career in sales within the same field.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be provided with our company's brochure and service details.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to visit and connect with architects, contractors, builders, and developers across the Pune region.
  • Introduce and promote our firm's services, which include architectural planning, Liaisoning, and related solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the construction and real estate community. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through on-ground networking and client meetings.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions and provide regular updates on field activities. Requirements:  Problem solving mind set
  • Ability to understand Customer requirements and fulfill them
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills  Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions
  • Self-motivated with result driven approach
