**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Manage the marketing budget, optimizing allocation across channels to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze data and performance metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, and analytics) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Continuously optimize campaigns by A/B testing, ad creative iterations, audience segmentation, and bid adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering an environment of learning and collaboration.
- Provide regular reports to management on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and platforms, including Google, Facebook, and other ad networks.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in paid digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) to derive insights and optimize performance.
- Proven ability to manage large marketing budgets and optimize spending for maximum efficiency and impact.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and CRO best practices.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with automation tools like Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion funnel optimization.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and partnerships with ad-tech vendors.
