Boys: 24*7 rotational shifts (Any 9 hours)

6 Days working; 1 rotational off

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Work in back-office operations team to process the enquires / requests / complaints from clients within defined timeline

2. Detail oriented, thorough in analyzing and interpreting data

3. Ability to learn and work in cross domain process

Qualification:

Salary

Experience - CTC

12 months - 24 months - 3,10,000 (24k in-hand)
25 months - 36 months 3,40,000 (26k in-hand)
36 months + 3,70,000 (28k in-hand)
