Job Title: Content Ideas Researcher for Social Media Ads

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview: We are looking for a Content Ideas Researcher for Social Media Ads who will become an expert in their field and eventually lead a team. This role requires high proficiency in English to create engaging articles, blog posts, and other content independently.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation and Management:

- Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including the company website, blog, and social media channels.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication of content as per the schedule.

Social Media Management:

- Post and manage content on social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
- Monitor engagement and interactions on social media, responding to comments and messages promptly.

Collaboration with Graphic and Multimedia Teams:

- Work closely with graphic and multimedia teams to develop visually appealing and engaging content.
- Provide feedback and direction to ensure visual content aligns with overall content and marketing strategies.

Content Optimization and Updating:

- Regularly review and update content to ensure it remains relevant, accurate.
- Make necessary changes to content based on performance data and SEO analytics.

Daily Routine:

- Keep abreast of current market trends and customer inquiries to generate relevant content.
- Research, draft, and optimize content.
- Analyze marketing data to inform future strategies.

Experience Required:

- Proven experience in content creation and curation.
- Experience in blog post or content creation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Content Creation:

- Number of Articles/Blogs Published: Minimum of X articles and Y blogs per month, aligned with industry benchmarks.
- Engagement Rate Per Article/Blog: Achieve at least a Z% engagement rate per published piece (likes, shares, comments).
- Backlinks Generated: Acquire at least A number of high-quality backlinks per article/blog post.

Qualifications:

- High proficiency in the English language.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
