**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator at The Unique Story in Bengaluru. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging content for various social media platforms, creating visually appealing posts, engaging with online communities, and analyzing social media performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the interior design business and staying updated on current social media trends.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe software or similar graphic design software for creating brochures, posters, and social media graphics to support promotional campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Proficiency in photography and video editing software.
- Crafting engaging post captions and written content.
- Developing a content creation plan and generating innovative ideas.
- Creating a comprehensive content calendar for reels, video posts, posters, etc.
- Conducting site visits to capture site/project work activities and brainstorming ideas for social media posts.
- Knowledge of WordPress for periodic website updates and management will be a plus.
- Ensuring consistent brand image across all social media platforms.
- Managing posts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Monitoring all social media channels, responding to inquiries and feedback promptly, and engaging with the audience through various social media platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' of experience in social media management and marketing.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to create and curate engaging content for different platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in [relevant industry/niche] is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
