Junior Content Creator and Social Media Manager: Roles and Responsibilities

Junior Content Creator Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:

- Develop engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn,).
- Assist in writing blogs, articles, and other long-form content.
- Create visual content such as graphics, videos, and infographics.

2. Content Planning and Scheduling:

- Assist in creating and maintaining a content calendar.
- Schedule and publish content on various platforms.

3. Research:

- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Gather insights on trending topics and hashtags.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive content production.

5. Engagement:

- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and report on content performance metrics.
- Use insights from analytics to optimize future content.

7. Creative Input:

- Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to content creation.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions.

8. Adherence to Guidelines:

- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and voice.

### Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Define social media KPIs to measure success.

2. Content Management:

- Oversee the creation, curation, and management of published content.
- Ensure content is on-brand and optimized for each social platform.

3. Community Management:

- Build and manage a strong online community.
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers.

4. Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions and contests.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.

5. Monitoring and Reporting:

- Monitor social media trends and analyze competitor activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance.

6. Crisis Management:

- Handle any social media crises promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to mitigate negative publicity.

7. Budget Management:

- Manage social media advertising budgets.
- Optimize ad spending to achieve the best ROI.

8. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Continuously improve social media strategies based on performance data.

9. Training and Development:

- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Provide guidance and support to the content creation team.

Pay: ₹13,257.98 - ₹39,234.30 per month
