**Job Title: Artisanal Coffee Content Creator**

**Overview**:
Join our dynamic team at [Your Company Name], India's pioneering artisanal coffee label, as a Content Creator. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our brand's digital presence, responsible for crafting engaging videos, captivating social media posts, and insightful blogs. As part of our mission to bring the world's finest tribal coffees to India through the country's first grab-and-go artisanal coffee chain, your work will play a crucial role in telling our unique story and building a loyal community of coffee enthusiasts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Strategy**:

- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the brand's vision and values.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all platforms.

2. **Video Production**:

- Conceptualize and produce high-quality videos showcasing the journey of our tribal coffees, from origin to cup.
- Create visually appealing and informative content for social media, website, and promotional campaigns.

3. **Social Media Management**:

- Curate engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor trends and leverage current events to enhance the brand's social media presence.

4. **Blogging**:

- Write compelling and informative blog posts about coffee culture, brewing techniques, and the unique stories behind each tribal coffee.

5. **Founder Support**:

- Work closely with the founders to understand their vision and voice, translating it into impactful content.
- Create executive-level presentations and communication materials for external stakeholders.

6. **Photography**:

- Capture and edit visually appealing photographs that align with the brand's aesthetic for use across various platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing videos, blog posts, and social media content.
- Understanding of the coffee industry, particularly the artisanal and tribal coffee segments.
- Proficiency in video editing software, graphic design tools, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
