Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Copywriting:

- Develop high-quality, compelling copy in Kannada for social media, websites, blogs, and campaigns.
- Translate, localize, and adapt English content into Kannada, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy.

2. Social Media Management:

- Create engaging posts, captions, and hashtags for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop content calendars and campaign ideas.

3. Brand Voice Development:

- Maintain a consistent brand tone and style in all communications.
- Ensure that the brand message resonates with Kannada-speaking audiences while aligning with English content.

4. Research & Trend Analysis:

- Stay updated with industry trends, pop culture, and social media dynamics in Kannada-speaking regions.
- Monitor competitor activity and suggest innovative content strategies.

5. Collaborative Work:

- Work closely with graphic designers, marketers, and other team members to develop cohesive content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Fluency in Kannada (written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
- 2+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Kannada culture, language nuances, and social media trends.
- Excellent storytelling, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the jewelry, luxury, or lifestyle sector.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is an advantage.
