**ABOUT THE POSITION**

Are you passionate about storytelling and eager to connect with audiences through creative content? Do you have a way with words, turning simple messages into engaging narratives? Are you familiar with social media platforms and interested in learning how to manage a brand's voice online? We’re looking for a social media and content intern who can help us craft compelling copy and support our content strategy efforts.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and schedule posts on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Research industry-related topics to develop innovative content ideas.
- Assist in crafting compelling copy for marketing campaigns, newsletters, ads, posters, creatives, websites, and other marketing materials.
- Shoot and create engaging videos/reels for social media.
- Monitor and engage with followers on social media to foster community growth.
- Analyze performance metrics for social media campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to create multimedia content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new strategies to increase engagement.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

**Experience
- **Fresher - 1 year

**Requirements**:

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
- Passion for digital marketing and content creation.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles (a plus).
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or other social media management platforms (preferred).

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Previous experience with social media management or content writing is a bonus but not mandatory.
