**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **social media strategies** to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and create a **monthly social media calendar** aligned with business objectives.
- Post, Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as **Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.**:

- Track key **performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates)** and generate insightful reports.
- Collaborate with **content writers, designers, and video editors** to create compelling social media content.
- Stay updated with **industry trends** and implement new strategies to improve audience engagement.
- Handle **social media advertising** (Meta Ads)
- Handle ORM(Online Reputation Management)

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in **social media marketing** or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of **social media algorithms, analytics, and trends**.
- Experience with **social media management tools** (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar).
- Knowledge of **paid media campaigns(Meta Ads)** and digital advertising best practices.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to measure campaign performance.

**Content Writer**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in **content writing, copywriting, or journalism**.
- Strong command of **English grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling**.
- Experience writing for **digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media**.
- Familiarity with **SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques**.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Develop **creative and strategic content** that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Research industry trends to create relevant and informative content.
- Collaborate with **marketing, design, and SEO teams** to produce compelling content.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Optimize content for **search engines (SEO best practices, keyword integration)**.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms.
