**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop, write, and edit engaging social media content (text, images, videos) across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) to align with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
- **Platform Management**: Actively manage and update social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses to comments and messages.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster a strong online community by interacting with followers, answering questions, and encouraging discussions.
- **Content Calendar**: Create and maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule social media posts.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, click-through rates) to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices to optimize content strategy.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the design team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign execution.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong writing and editing skills
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Ability to understand and analyze social media analytics
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
