- **About the Role**:_
We’re looking for a **Social Media Specialist**—someone who lives and breathes reels, trends, and community engagement. If you're passionate about building brands through content, storytelling, and consistent audience interaction across social platforms, this is your opportunity to shine.

What You'll Do:
**Strategy & Planning**
- Develop platform-specific social media strategies and campaign calendars.
- Align content plans with brand goals and creative direction.

**Content Creation & Collaboration**
- Ideate and write engaging posts, captions, and scripts for reels.
- Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to bring your ideas to life.
- Curate relevant content that reflects our tone and values.

**Engagement & Community Building**
- Respond to DMs, comments, and actively manage brand interactions.
- Build meaningful relationships with followers and online communities.

**Insights & Trends**
- Track post and campaign performance across platforms.
- Stay on top of emerging social trends, hashtags, and features to keep our content fresh.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Creative thinker** with a genuine interest in social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Someone who understands how **content**performs _organically_—not just through ads.
- **Excellent copywriting and communication skills.**:

- Self-driven, organized, and ready to experiment with new ideas.
