**Job Description: Entry-Level Social Media Executive**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

**Social Media Management**:

- Schedule, post, and monitor content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and campaigns based on performance data.

**Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
- Propose and implement creative ideas to capitalize on emerging trends.

**Campaign Support**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including contests, promotions, and influencer collaborations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

**Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms.
- Ensure compliance with copyright, privacy, and ethical standards in all content.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred). Person with an aptitude to Social Media but does not have any formal qualification can also apply
- **Experience**: Previous internship or hands-on experience in social media management is a plus but not mandatory.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a bonus.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
