Job Title: Social Media Management Executive

Experience:3months -2year

Should be good at canva and graphic design (optional)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and meet marketing goals.

2. Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, considering the target audience and industry trends.

3. Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and audience engagement.

4. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging social media technologies.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media activities with overall marketing objectives.

7. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

8. Implement and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.

9. Foster relationships with influencers and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

10. Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand voice.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; additional certifications in social media management are a plus.

2. Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of major social media platforms.

3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a creative and engaging writing style.

4. Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.

5. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media marketing.

6. Ability to adapt to changes in social media algorithms and implement strategies accordingly.

7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective content planning and scheduling.

8. Familiarity with graphic design tools for creating visually appealing content.

9. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

10. A passion for social media and a proactive approach to staying informed about industry developments.
