We are seeking a highly creative and social media savvy content creator to join our team at Torque Block, a leading performance motorcycle tyre E commerce brand in India. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media content strategy to promote our brand and products across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Strategy & Development**:

- Conduct research and stay updated on current trends in the Automobile industry.
- Develop engaging and informative content ideas that showcase Torque Block's products and expertise.
- Craft compelling captions, scripts, and storyboards for social media posts.

**Content Creation & Production**:

- Film high-quality video and photo content (following copyright guidelines) that effectively highlights Torque Block's products.
- Possess strong editing skills using industry-standard software to create visually appealing and impactful social media content.
- Collaborate with internal teams if needed for photoshoot/videography.
- Create regular social media posts that align with the content strategy.
- Stay updated on the latest social media algorithms and implement relevant strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

**Graphic Design & Multimedia**:

- Develop eye-catching graphics, social media post templates, and other visual elements to enhance brand identity.
- Utilize high proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create engaging social media content.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and recommend new strategies for implementation.
- Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines for content creation and posting.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear content creation and interaction with followers.
- Be a team player and collaborate effectively with other departments within Torque Block.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Degree & 3 + years of industry experience
- Proven experience in social media content creation and marketing.
- Strong understanding of the Automobile industry.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube) and their algorithms.
- Highly proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Da vinci resolve) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track social media performance metrics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
