Role : Social Media Content Creator

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to

join our team. In this role, you will create engaging short-form video

content, particularly for Instagram and youtube channels, to increase

brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. Your primary focus

will be on crafting high-quality reels and visual content that resonates

with our audience, captures trends, and effectively communicates our

brand message.

1. Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and Produce Reels: Develop and execute ideas for Reels

that align with current trends and our brand voice, ensuring content is

visually appealing and optimised for social media platforms.

Content Creation: Create and edit graphics, short videos, and other visual

content to post across social media channels, particularly Instagram and

Youtube etc.

2. Audience Engagement:
Monitor engagement metrics, respond to comments, and interact with

followers to build a community around the brand.

Trend Spotting: Keep up with social media trends, platform updates, and

competitor strategies to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

3. Collaborate with Teams:
Work with marketing and design teams to align content with overall

campaigns and brand objectives.

4. Collaborate with Influencers:
Identify and collaborate with influencers or content creators to expand

reach and amplify brand messaging through co-created content

5. Content Calendar Management:
Plan, organise, and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely posting

and coordination across social media platforms

6. Excellent Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting engaging

captions, video descriptions, and collaborating with internal teams

7. Data Analysis:
Track performance of Reels and other content to optimise future content

strategies and improve engagement rates

8. Podcast Video Production:
Plan, shoot, and edit podcast-style videos to complement the overall

content strategy and expand brand reach through engaging audio-visual

formats

Qualifications:

- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in social media content

creation, particularly with Reels and short-form video content.

Pay: ₹204,579.72 - ₹796,373.06 per year
