We are seeking a talented Social Media Content Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for a young professional with a flair for visual storytelling, expertise in video production, and the ability to conceptualize and articulate compelling B2B content.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms, including posts, carousels, and short videos tailored for B2B audiences.
- **Visual Storytelling**: Craft compelling visual stories that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience, emphasizing B2B communication.
- **Video Production**: Shoot, edit, and produce professional videos for various social media platforms, ensuring high production standards.
- **Conceptualization**: Generate innovative ideas for B2B content that effectively communicate our value proposition and thought leadership.
- **Social Media Management**: Plan, schedule, and post content across multiple social media channels, optimizing for maximum engagement and reach.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and report on ROI.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and engaging.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring a consistent brand voice.

**Required Skills**:

- **Video Production**: Experience in video making and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- **Social Media Expertise**: Deep understanding of various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and their best practices for B2B content.
- **Conceptualization**: Ability to generate and articulate innovative ideas for B2B content that effectively communicate our business value.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills with an eye for design, detail, and aesthetics.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and gather insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media content development or a related role, specifically in B2B contexts.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
