Believers Victory Human resources | IT Solution is a growing business solutions firm specializing in **HR, IT, and Digital Services.**
We help companies manage their people, processes, and technology efficiently so they can focus on growth.
We’re looking for passionate and organized **HR Interns** who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with us.

**Key Responsibilities**: As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support day-to-day operations, including:

- Assisting with **recruitment and talent acquisition** (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Supporting **onboarding and documentation** for new employees.
- Maintaining **HR databases, employee records, and attendance tracking**.
- Helping in **employee engagement activities** and internal communications.
- Assisting in drafting **HR policies, letters, and reports**.
- Coordinating **training and development programs**.
- Supporting **payroll and compliance activities** (as per need).

Contributing to **social media hiring and employer branding** initiatives.

**Who Can Apply**:

- Students pursuing or recently completed a **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in HR, Management, or related fields are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace is a plus.
