Believers Victory Human resources | IT Solution is a growing business solutions firm specializing in HR, IT, and Digital Services.

We help companies manage their people, processes, and technology efficiently so they can focus on growth.

We're looking for passionate and organized HR Interns who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities: As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support day-to-day operations, including:

  • Assisting with recruitment and talent acquisition (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Supporting onboarding and documentation for new employees.
  • Maintaining HR databases, employee records, and attendance tracking.
  • Helping in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Assisting in drafting HR policies, letters, and reports.
  • Coordinating training and development programs.
  • Supporting payroll and compliance activities (as per need).

Contributing to social media hiring and employer branding initiatives.

Who Can Apply:

  • Students pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or related fields are preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace is a plus.
