**Job Title**: Customer Support Assistant

**Location**: Uma Ornaments, Andheri, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month CTC

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**: Assist with entering and tracking customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- **Product Information**: Provide up-to-date details on product availability, pricing, and specifications.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with internal teams including production and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect, document, and share customer feedback to help improve service and product offerings.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a **customer support or service role**, preferably within the **jewellery industry**.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** in English.
- Strong **problem-solving skills** and a **customer-centric mindset**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office Suite** and customer management systems.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working in a **jewellery firm** or a similar industry.
