**JD - Client Support Executive**
**Job Summary**: As a Client Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will assist in resolving inquiries, managing client accounts, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Diagnose and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when necessary.
- **Account Management**: Assist clients with account setup, updates, and general inquiries to enhance their experience.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support requests in our CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback and report insights to improve service delivery and product offerings.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
- **Training and Guidance**: Provide training and support to clients on product features and best practices.
- **Performance Metrics**: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and client satisfaction scores.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for helping clients succeed.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
