**About Us**

America Steel Trade Corporation is an international trading company headquartered in North Miami, Florida. AST specializes in sourcing, exporting/importing, and distributing commodities to the North, Central, and South American markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining documentation.
- Assist in monitoring and preparing contracts, order statuses, and related documentation.
- Liaise with the sales team to confirm order details and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to place orders, track deliveries, and address any discrepancies or issues.
- Assist in optimizing sales and operations workflows.
- Research major target accounts and account prospects to enhance the quality of the sales process.
- Develop and process weekly reports.
- Maintain the CRM system (Salesforce) and usage reports while optimizing data management practices.
- Prepare all documents necessary for the closure of contracts.
- Provide administrative support for sales processes, meetings, and other activities.
- Handle additional projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Business, or Law.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in administrative or operations support roles.
- **Technically savvy**, with experience using internal platforms, CRMs (Salesforce preferred), and other digital tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with business development and financial principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Pay: From ₹51,808.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
