**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing brand marketing strategies to enhance visibility and market presence.
- Create, manage, and optimize content for brand storytelling across digital and offline platforms.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify brand positioning opportunities and customer engagement strategies.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns to strengthen brand identity and audience interaction.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to maintain a consistent and compelling brand message.
- Support public relations initiatives, partnerships, and sponsorships to expand brand reach.
- Plan and execute brand activation events, trade shows, and community engagement activities.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights to refine marketing strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- B. tech degree is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, CRM tools).
