Location: Gurugram (On-site)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate with D2C hiring experience, who can also support broader HR generalist responsibilities. This is a high-ownership role where you will drive recruitment end-to-end and help build organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Source and hire talent across E-commerce, Marketing, Design, Finance, Sales, and Operations roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Create and circulate assignments, case studies, and role-specific evaluations.
- Maintain structured candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards.
- Build employer brand through LinkedIn postings and campus outreach.
HR Generalist Support
- Assist in onboarding & induction processes.
- Support in attendance, leave, and payroll data coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR trackers (assets, codes, compliance).
- Draft HR policies, communications, and support employee engagement activities.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (must have D2C/e-commerce brand hiring).
Familiarity with multiple functions – E-commerce, Marketing, Ops, Finance, and Creative.
Proficiency in Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Sheets/Excel.
Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking ability.
Exposure to HR operations/generalist tasks is a plus.
