- Position: Customer Delight Associate
- Location: Hyderabad
- Reporting to: Associate Manager - Customer Delight
**About the Role**:
- Should be the eyes & ears of the customer and the voice of ekincare.
**Key success metrics for this role**
- 1. Average handling Time & First response time
- 2. Schedule adherence
- 3. Best customer experience & CSAT
- 4. Repeat & FCR
- 5. Product and process enhancements**Responsibilities**:
- 2. Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- 3. Upsell other products wherever possible
- 4. Ensure you follow the customer service script for uniformity
- 5. Ability to analyze the situation at hand and make a business decision to ensure the customer experience is not impacted**MUST Skills**:
1. Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- 2. Sound confident, energetic, and have Patience all throughout the day
- 3. Friendly, Calm under Pressure, and Effectively Communication to customers
- 4. Ability to probe and comprehend the issue or situations
- 5. Flexible to changes and adapt to new methods as per requirement- Someone who can be self-motivated, take initiatives, flexible to accommodate new responsibilities as and when the role demands
- Build and develop relationships with internal & external, so that faster resolution can be provided to customer
