Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or database.

Introduce our range of furniture designs, highlighting their unique features and benefits.

Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their furniture needs and preferences.

Provide accurate product information and answer any questions potential clients might have.

Effectively communicate the value and aesthetics of our furniture pieces to generate interest and excitement.

Maintain a professional and friendly tone throughout the call, building rapport and trust with potential clients.

Identify and qualify potential leads based on their interest and budget.

Schedule appointments for interested clients to meet with our in-house design team for further consultations.

Keep detailed and accurate records of call interactions in our CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and friendly phone manner.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to effectively promote our furniture designs.

Basic knowledge or a keen interest in furniture and interior design concepts.

Ability to quickly grasp and communicate product features and benefits.

Patience and resilience to handle objections and rejections professionally.

Strong organizational skills to keep track of leads and appointments.

Prior telemarketing or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Proficiency in using CRM systems or willingness to learn.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in design or sales is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
