We are seeking a confident and motivated Telesales Executive. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a natural ability to connect with clients over the phone. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in generating sales, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospective clients, effectively present our offerings, and close sales with professionalism and enthusiasm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and manage inbound inquiries.
- Present and promote company products and services persuasively to drive conversions.
- Build and maintain a strong rapport with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM systems.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent spoken English with strong communication and telephone etiquette skills.
- Confident, driven, and target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and handle rejections positively.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
