**Job Title: Telesales Executive**

Location: Jaipur

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business leads and sales

2. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell products/services

3. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

4. Research and identify new business opportunities

5. Pitch products/services to potential clients

6. Handle customer objections and concerns

7. Update customer records and sales activities in CRM software

8. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure alignment

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

10. Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales revenue)

**Requirements**:
1. 1-2 years of telesales experience (or equivalent sales experience)

2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

4. Strong customer service skills

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

6. Self-motivated and results-driven

7. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

8. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

**Desirable Skills**:
1. Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., software, financial services)

2. Experience with sales automation tools (e.g., dialers, scripts)

3. Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN selling)

4. Fluency in multiple languages

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday
- Some flexibility to work evenings/weekends if required
